Our program, accredited by the two main organizations regulating the coaching profession worldwide, ICF and EMCC, ensures that graduates are coaches who are aware of their own essence and stories and engage in journeys based on the philosophy of the model by establishing genuine, deep connections.

Team Coaching Certification Program
We invite coaches who want to develop themselves as Team Coaches and all leaders managing teams in organizations to improve their team coaching skills significantly.
It has become clear in recent years that the success of an organization depends on the culture of individual teams starting from the organization's culture. Employee Engagement Surveys, Organizational Culture Surveys, Change Management initiatives have remarkably grown in the last decade as organizations increasingly recognize the importance of collaborative skills to achieve results today. With this awareness, Team Coaching is rapidly gaining interest as a powerful tool to help leadership teams improve performance.
The program will be conducted as 2 days of training followed by six modules of three-hour practical sessions. Additionally, group supervision (2.5 hours) for each participant is included in the program.
Apart from the classes conducted by training leaders, each participant is expected to perform team coaching in real life, conduct self-assessments, present for mentor evaluations, read reference books to develop in team coaching, write articles, and prepare a completion file.
In the two-day foundational training, the distinction of team coaching from other team development practices will be built upon foundational coaching competencies to go beyond individual coaching competencies, coaching agreements, planning the team coaching process, and concepts such as moving the team forward, which will be explained based on ICF and EMCC team coaching competencies.
In practical exercises, each team coach will experience both working with a peer coach and conducting team coaching through provided scenarios.
Each team coach will participate in a two and a half-hour group supervision to share their experiences from their practice.
Participants who successfully complete the training process will be entitled to receive the Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) title from EMCC.
