About Me
Hello, I am Meltem. I hold the titles of Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) awarded by ICF, and I am one of the founding partners of Eternal Coaching & Mentoring Academy. After completing my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences, I gained 30 years of experience in organizational development, sales, operational quality, customer experience, and corporate management in leading banks and companies with international representatives in the country. Ten of those years were spent in executive management, and another ten years as a CEO.
As someone who integrates the coaching perspective into every role of my life, I have completed accredited training programs in professional coaching and team coaching since 2016, accumulating over 7000 hours of coaching experience. With my qualifications as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and EMCC Senior Practitioner, I provide coaching, mentoring, and team coaching services to managers and teams at all levels. I also work on establishing and sustainably implementing internal coaching and mentoring systems within organizations.
In September 2023, I became one of the world’s first 50 accredited coaches/mentors/leader supervisors recognized with the EMCC European Global Supervision Individual Award (ESIA). I am the author of the book "Beyond the Journey," which describes the reflections of the coaching process on a manager's life, their company, and society. Additionally, I am a co-author of the book "SHIFTS," which features transformation stories from corporate companies and businesspeople from different countries.
I continue to conduct my mentoring and coaching work in various fields, serving as a mentor for Turkish Win and as part of the coaching pool of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), providing coaching and mentoring services to entrepreneurs. I also serve as the Co-Chair of the EMCC Supervision Working Group.
Since October 2017, my role as a founding partner of Eternal Coaching & Mentoring Academy has also been one of the central roles in my life. My life philosophy is that everyone who is aware of the kind of life they want should have the obstacles removed after being "healthy" and taking that courageous first step to live the life they desire. The only requirement for this is for them to be aware of their own potential and to be willing to take action.
The steps I have taken in my life with this philosophy, along with the leadership roles I have held over many years in the business world, always support my individual and team coaching, mentoring, and supervisor roles.
Deniz (sea), blue, books, smiling, my family, friends whom I call my chosen family, my curiosity about humanity, my furry son Miço and daughter Nova are the milestones that motivate me. Speaking of blue and the sea, let's start our first page with a "Blue Prayer."
