Executive and Leadership Coaching
ICF Definition of Coaching:
Coaching is a collaborative, inspiring, thought-provoking, and creative process in which coaches partner with clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
For me, coaching is indeed a complete state of collaboration and witnessing.
In other words, it is the act of witnessing individuals as they move toward their goals by connecting with themselves and making conscious choices.
The Manager and Leader coaching process is a structured program designed 'together' based on the needs of individuals, while also considering the organization's vision and strategies.
It supports individuals in becoming consciously aware of the impact of their decisions and behavioral transformations on the systems they are part of, thereby facilitating their processes of taking action in parallel.
One of the many questions often asked in coaching is, "Are we only going to discuss leadership qualities?" My answer is always the same: "Coaching is about the person, not just the topic." Therefore, as a coach, my responsibility is to support you in connecting your outcomes with your process goals, and as a client, your responsibility is to take ownership of your progress.
These processes are not only for managers and leaders within organizations but also encompass potential managers as part of talent management.
Regardless of the subject matter, individual coaching processes must adhere to ICF ethical guidelines, and my fundamental condition is that the relationships among the sponsor, coach, and client remain within ethical boundaries.
If you would like to delve deeper into the development and impact of coaching processes in organizations as a narrative, my book, "Beyond the Journey," will serve as a resource for that purpose.
